July: Monday July 29 2002 I'm writing this half to explain, half to apologize for today's strip. Yes, Thad drew it. I thought he should get a chance. Guess I was wrong. O well. I have band practice until Thursday. From 9:00 to 5:00. So, I'll try to get a comic, but I'm not promising anything. That's all Sunday July 28 2002 Woo, I fixed it. Anyways, I really needed that day off. I said I wasn't going to have a comic until tommorow, but I got things under control early. The Endless Ages Beta ended a few days ago :( As some of you know, but most don't, my brother, his friend Zach, and I are making our own CKY/Jackass movie. I know they said not to, but we can't resist. I just got all the editing software, and cables yesterday and got some footage onto a cd. So far, we only have about 5 minutes of stuff edited. We hope to make the movie at least 30 minutes long. (hope) When It's all done, if you want a copy, just send $5.00 and a letter saying you want one and I'll mail you a CD with the whole movie. Half of the profits are going into making a second movie. ^_^ The other half goes to thad (the stunt man/punching bag). I'm starting an official site for the movie over at http://leetofdoom.tripod.com The page probly won't work since it's still under development. +++++++ To be on the L33t of Doom mailing list...++++++ Send me an e-mail that says "Sign me up" and your in. This is how I'll get news out if the site is down or don't want to put it in the rant. Saturday July 27 2002 I think I fixed the problem. I still need a day or two to get on top of things. Woo. Yup, it's Max Payne, l33t of doom-style. Just started putting Saturday strips. I've got too much free time. Well, i'm about to get a job so I can pay for a new monitor ^_^ This is the one i'm getting. It's big YAY.

I added a Wallpaper section in the stuff page, it's got some good ones. Check it out. I turned today's strip into a hi-res 800x600 wallpaper. It's very good. I love Photoshop. (Wow, this is like windows paint on crack!) I just finished downloading season 1 of Ranma, now I have every episode up to season 6. My anime list is here. I made a Character Page. Go see it. Anyways, not much else to say.
I take that back, one person did reply to my character design issue. Lets give a shout out to JoT. He gets a cookie.

A minor note, I added a l33t tutorial for thoes of you who want to learn the ways of the l33t. I started working on drawing anime, both on paper and in Flash. Flash is harder tho. Here's my drawing of Narusegawa from Love Hina.
When/if I get my scanner working, i'll post some of my hand-drawn stuff. But that's no where in the near future. I'm sorry the image quality sucks. But, it's either long load times, or semi-crappy images. I hate what JPEG compression does to my strips. o well When I get my paypal donation thing up, i'll make the <Chris is still using a 6 year old monitor and needs a new one fund> Contributions will get you something special. Don't know what it is yet, i'll make it good. Yes, my monitor is 6 years old. The rest of my machine is l33t tho.I'll put the specifics on the useless info page. Woot, semi-long rant. Here's a project for someone: Give me the html for a dropdown list of the webcomics on my link page. I've tried and tried it, but I can't do it. I added the last l33t tutorial. I also wrote Chris's Guide to Better Gaming. I just got accepted into the beta for a new game called Hostile Space. In my opinion, it blows. Nobody sent me any e-mails on the new character designs, so i'm keeping them, except for my character, he's going to stay normal. I added a new page to the stuff page. It's very funny, you should go there after reading this. I'm going to put up a paypal donation link for the site. Not much else to say. Remember thoes requests I made last update. ^_^

Ugh. I'm updating this 30 minutes late. lol Today, I tried to make my characters more anime-looking. PLEASE e-mail me and tell me what you think. I need to know if I should use these characters.
The Endless Ages beta is ending in about two weeks. :( I need a good tutorial for 3D Studio Max 4 if anyone has one. Also, a hotline server that has episode 20 of Neon Genesis Evangelion. Sayajin's Anime server needs more members, so if you use hotline, join the server. If you DON'T have Hotline, I suggest you get it now. Another thing, I really need someone to get me an advanced html tutorial. I know the basics and enough to run this site, but I need to know more. I will be putting a weekly poll on the site probly at the next update. One last thing, if you haven't, check out the store.
Friday July 12 2002 Well, I needed that extra day to clean up the site. All my images have been converted into jpeg's to save space and bandwidth. The loading time should be down a lot. If you are still having trouble, e-mail me. And by the way, if you use hotline, please join Sayajins anime server. Login=guest. Monday July 8 2002 Whew, I finally got my Keenspace hosting. I just got back from vacation and my Keenspace account was ready. I willl post a write-up of my vacation soon. About todays comic: Endless Ages is a cool game. Despite the 66 updates to the beta, (probly more by now) the game R0xx0R. To download the beta, go to www.EndlessAges.com and sign up. (be careful, it's a 220 meg download. Took me a few hours, even on dsl. I got my whole site re-formated and moved to keenspace all this morning. <whew> It's dull work. There were lots of bugs that I had to work out, but I got it all done. If you see anything I didn't get to fixing, tell me. I fixed the store and aded a new product. If you haven't seen the flash movie I put on the stuff page, check it out now. Whoops, spoke too soon, there are 75 updates to Endless Ages. ^_^ And remember to tell me if the page loads too slow, i'll see what I can do. I fixed the archives, should be working now.

Yes, that really did happen. My brother decided to copy me yet again by dowloading Ranma. Fortunately for me, he's stupid. I was watching a season 5 ep today and he marched in and said, hey i've seen that. He still hasn't finished season 1 ep 2. ROTFL
Woot, tommorow I go on vacation. I just finished downloading season 5 of Ranma, i'm almost finished watching them too. If anybody watches Love Hina, what came first: the spring special or the christmas special? Please give me feedback on the strips, the site design, or anything else. I need to know how and/or what to improve. E-mail me Please I recently got into the beta test for Endless Ages. A Massivly Multiplayer Online First Person Role Playing Game. <Whew> It's not as good as I expected it to be. To get in, it requires a 250MB download of the program. Even with my DSL, it took me three hours. And it wasn't worth the wait. The game badly needs a tutorial. It starts you out with no weapons, no money, no nothing, and tells you to buy weapons with your zero credits. Mabey i'm doing something wrong. O well. The graphics are awesome, but the game menus are confusing and the configure controls option is screwed. Well, I will be using backgrounds a lot now. It's harder to put them in, but it looks much better with them. If anyone knows of a program that can blur my backgrounds, please tell me. I started re-reading Penny Arcade. nuff said Gaaah! <muscle cramps from clicking delete> This Keenspot Message group is a nightmare. I get like 100 e-mails a day. All with no help at all. <unsubscribe> I added some stuff to the stuff page. You should dl that Love Hina intro. It's kool ^_^ About three weeks ago, I started building a Pepsi Pyramid. lol.
